Who we are

Lviv IT & Design is the name this site works under. The company behind it, and the data controller for everything you submit here, is:

We are a small, independent design and engineering studio based in Lviv. We operate this site to recruit specialists for our active client projects.

Interviews take place at Shevska Street 12, 4th floor, Lviv. That is the same building as the registered address, and the floor is there so that you do not have to look for us.

What we collect

When you fill in the application form on this site, you choose to share with us:

• Your first name and last name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The role you're applying for, and your experience level
• Your CV, as a PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG or JPG file up to 5 MB. This one is required: we cannot assess an application we cannot read.
• Optionally: a portfolio link, a preferred messenger and handle, and a short message
• The interview slot you pick, and the language you filled the form in, so that every later email reaches you in that language
• Your answer to the consent checkbox under the form. There is only one, and it is required: without it we cannot process the application at all.

If you come to the interview, we also record the time you were marked as arrived, and our team may add its own notes about the conversation.

Checking in at the tablet asks for one more thing: your signature, drawn with a finger on the screen. It confirms that you were here, so that the arrival mark is not just something we typed ourselves. The tablet keeps nothing: the drawing goes straight to our backend and is saved as an image in a closed Drive folder, separate from CV files, which only our hiring team can open. It is never shown on the tablet screen afterwards, and it is deleted together with your application. If you would rather not sign, say so: a member of our team can mark your arrival from the sheet instead, and nothing about your interview changes.

We do not collect anything you don't enter yourself. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or session-recording tools. We do not use third-party tracking pixels.

What happens right after you book

Choosing a slot sets off four things, all automatic:

• Your application is written into our internal hiring spreadsheet
• An event appears in our hiring calendar, and you receive a calendar invitation for it
• You get a confirmation email, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before the interview
• You get a private link that lets you reschedule or cancel on your own, without writing to anyone

That link is personal. Anyone holding it can see and change your booking, so treat it like a password and don't forward the email.

Our legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box under the application form. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it means we delete your application. There is only that one consent: we do not ask you to join any talent pool, and your application is not used for other roles later.

Why we collect it

Your information is used for one purpose only: to review your application and contact you about it. That's the entire scope. We do not add you to mailing lists. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with recruiters, agencies, or anyone outside our hiring team.

Where it's stored

The form sends your application straight to our own backend, which runs on Google Apps Script. From there it is written into a Google spreadsheet owned by our hiring account, your CV file goes to Google Drive under the same account, the interview becomes an event in Google Calendar, and every email is sent through Gmail.

We should be precise about what that means, because it is easy to dress up. Google LLC is a United States company running a global infrastructure, so your data is stored on servers outside the European Union. Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy govern how it holds that data.

We do not claim any particular legal transfer mechanism for your data, and we are not going to name one we have not verified applies to this account. What we can tell you is what does not change: responsibility stays with the company named at the top of this page. If you want to know exactly which Google account and which terms cover your application, write to us and we will tell you plainly.

Who has access

Only members of our hiring team, typically two to three people, see your application. Our clients do not see candidate applications. External recruiters and agencies do not see them either. The CV file you upload is opened only by the people who would actually work with you if you joined.

There is one exception worth knowing before you arrive. A tablet by our office entrance shows the interview schedule, so you can see when it is your turn without asking anyone. It displays your first name, your last name, the time, the role you applied for, and whether you have already been marked as arrived. Nothing else: no phone number, no email address, no CV, no notes, no internal status, and no signature, not even the one you have just drawn. Anyone standing in the lobby can read it. What it shows by default is the current day. Our team can also step forward to the next two days to see what is booked, and those days carry the same information about the people booked for them. The screen returns to the current day on its own after a short while, so a future day is something someone looks at, not something that hangs there. This means that if your interview is on Wednesday, your name can appear on that screen from Monday onward, rather than only on the day itself. If you would rather not appear there at all, tell us before your interview: we can take you off that screen while keeping your booking exactly as it is. That applies to every day, not just the day of your interview.

How long we keep it

• Applications: 6 months, counted from the day you submit, not from the day of the interview. After that the spreadsheet row, the CV file, the arrival signature and the calendar event are deleted automatically, without anyone having to remember.
• The one thing that waits: an interview still ahead of you. A booking is never deleted before it has taken place, even if the six months run out first. It goes on the next clean-up after the interview.
• Our emails to you: not covered by that automatic clean-up. The system is allowed to send email and nothing more: it cannot read the mailbox and cannot delete anything from it. So a person clears those by hand, once a quarter, on the first working day of January, April, July and October, removing candidate correspondence older than six months. Between those dates a message can outlive the six months by a few weeks. A deletion request covers this correspondence too, and does not wait for the quarterly clean-up.
• Specialists who join us: moved into regular HR records on the day of contract signing
• Deletion on request: within 14 days of your written request, whenever you ask

One honest caveat: the emails we sent you live in our mailbox as well, and the automatic clean-up does not reach them. A person clears them by hand once a quarter, and a deletion request covers them without waiting for that.

Your rights

Under Ukrainian data-protection law and the EU GDPR (which we voluntarily align with), you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, without giving a reason
• Object to the way we're using your data
• File a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or with your local EU data-protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, write to vacancies@lvivitdesign.com. We respond within 14 calendar days, usually faster.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use tracking cookies. We use a single browser localStorage entry, lvividdesign.lang, to remember whether you prefer English or Ukrainian. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings; it contains nothing else.

Children

This site and its services are intended for adults applying for professional positions. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Updates to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the bottom and post a brief note on the homepage for material changes. We don't quietly tighten policies and hope you don't notice.

Ми невелика незалежна студія дизайну та розробки зі Львова. Цей сайт ведемо, щоб шукати фахівців на свої поточні проєкти.

Співбесіди проводимо за адресою: м. Львів, вул. Шевська, 12, 4-й поверх. Це той самий будинок, що й у реєстраційній адресі, а поверх указано, щоб ви нас не шукали.

Що ми збираємо

Коли ви заповнюєте форму заявки, ви залишаєте нам:

• Імʼя і прізвище
• Електронну пошту
• Номер телефону
• Вакансію, на яку відгукуєтесь, і ваш рівень досвіду
• Резюме файлом: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG або JPG до 5 МБ. Це поле обовʼязкове, бо заявку без резюме нам просто нема як оцінити.
• За бажання: посилання на портфоліо, зручний месенджер з логіном і коротке повідомлення про себе
• Час співбесіди, який ви обрали, і мову, якою ви заповнювали форму, щоб усі наступні листи приходили тією ж мовою
• Вашу відповідь на галочку згоди під формою. Вона одна і обовʼязкова: без неї заявку опрацювати не можна взагалі.

Якщо ви прийдете на співбесіду, ми додатково запишемо час, коли вас відмітили на вході, а наша команда може лишити власні нотатки про розмову.

Відмітка на планшеті просить ще одне: ваш підпис, поставлений пальцем на екрані. Він підтверджує, що ви справді були тут, тобто позначка про прибуття не просто вписана нами. Планшет нічого в себе не зберігає: підпис одразу йде на наш бекенд і лягає зображенням у закриту папку Drive, окрему від резюме, яку відкриває тільки наша команда найму. На екрані планшета він після цього не показується ніде, а видаляється разом із вашою заявкою. Якщо ви не хочете підписуватись, скажіть про це: хтось із команди відмітить ваше прибуття з таблиці, і на співбесіду це не впливає ніяк.

Більше нічого ми не збираємо, лише те, що ви ввели самі. На сайті немає ні аналітики, ні рекламних трекерів, ні скриптів, які зчитують відбиток вашого пристрою, ні інструментів, які записують, що ви тут робите. Жодних трекінгових пікселів від інших компаній теж немає.

Що відбувається одразу після запису

Коли ви обрали час, автоматично стається чотири речі:

• Заявка потрапляє в нашу внутрішню HR-таблицю
• У нашому календарі зʼявляється подія, а вам приходить запрошення в календар
• Вам надходить лист підтвердження, а потім нагадування за 24 години і за 2 години до співбесіди
• Ви отримуєте особисте посилання, яким можна перенести або скасувати співбесіду самостійно, без листування

Це посилання особисте. Хто його має, той бачить ваш запис і може його змінити, тож поводьтесь з ним як з паролем і не пересилайте цей лист далі.

На якій підставі ми це робимо

Підстава одна: ваша згода, яку ви даєте галочкою під формою. Відкликати її можна будь-коли, і відкликання означає, що ми видаляємо вашу заявку. Згода тільки одна: ми не пропонуємо вам кадровий резерв, і ваша заявка не піде на інші вакансії згодом.

Навіщо

Ваші дані потрібні нам тільки для одного: розглянути заявку і звʼязатися з вами щодо неї. Це все. Ми не вносимо вас у списки розсилок. Не продаємо і не передаємо ваші дані. Не ділимось ними з рекрутерами, агенціями чи будь-ким поза нашою командою найму.

Де зберігається

Форма надсилає вашу заявку напряму на наш власний бекенд, написаний на Google Apps Script. Звідти вона потрапляє в Google Таблицю, що належить нашому робочому акаунту; файл резюме лягає на Google Диск того ж акаунта; співбесіда стає подією в Google Календарі; усі листи йдуть через Gmail.

Тут варто сказати точно, бо це легко прикрасити. Google LLC зареєстрована у Сполучених Штатах і має глобальну інфраструктуру, тож ваші дані лежать на серверах за межами Європейського Союзу. Те, як Google їх утримує, регулюють його власні Умови використання й Політика конфіденційності.

Жодного конкретного правового механізму передачі ми для ваших даних не заявляємо і не будемо називати той, чию застосовність до цього акаунта ми не перевірили. Що можемо сказати напевно, так це те, що не змінюється: відповідальність лишається на компанії, названій на початку цієї сторінки. Якщо вам важливо знати, який саме акаунт Google і які саме умови стосуються вашої заявки, напишіть нам, і ми відповімо прямо.

Хто має доступ

Заявки бачать лише ті, хто займається наймом, зазвичай дві-три людини. Клієнти не бачать заявок кандидатів. Зовнішні рекрутери теж ні. Ваше резюме відкривають тільки ті, з ким ви безпосередньо працюватимете, якщо приєднаєтесь до команди.

Є один виняток, про який варто знати заздалегідь. Біля входу в офіс стоїть планшет із розкладом співбесід, щоб ви бачили свою чергу і нікого не питали. На ньому видно ваше імʼя, прізвище, час, вакансію, на яку ви відгукнулись, і позначку про те, чи вас уже відмітили на вході. Більше нічого: ні телефону, ні пошти, ні резюме, ні нотаток, ні внутрішнього статусу, ні підпису, навіть щойно поставленого. Прочитати це може будь-хто, хто стоїть у холі. Типово на ньому висить поточний день. Наша команда може також перегорнути на два дні вперед, щоб побачити, що заплановано, і на тих днях видно те саме про людей, записаних на них. За короткий час екран сам повертається до поточного дня, тож майбутній день це те, у що зазирають, а не те, що висить постійно. На практиці це означає: якщо ваша співбесіда в середу, ваше імʼя може зʼявитися на тому екрані вже з понеділка, а не лише в день зустрічі. Якщо ви взагалі не хочете бути на тому екрані, напишіть нам до співбесіди: ми приберемо вас звідти, а бронювання лишиться незмінним. Це стосується всіх днів, а не тільки дня вашої співбесіди.

Скільки зберігаємо

• Заявки: 6 місяців, і рахуються вони від дня подання, а не від дня співбесіди. Після цього рядок таблиці, файл резюме, підпис прибуття і подія в календарі видаляються автоматично, без того щоб комусь треба було про це памʼятати.
• Підпис прибуття: окремого строку не має. Він живе рівно стільки, скільки заявка, до якої належить, і зникає разом із нею. Якщо позначку про прибуття поставили помилково і ми її знімаємо, підпис видаляється тоді ж, не чекаючи шести місяців.
• Чекає тільки одне: співбесіда, яка ще попереду. Бронювання не видаляється, доки зустріч не відбулась, навіть якщо шість місяців минули раніше. Його приберуть наступним очищенням після зустрічі.
• Наші листи до вас: під це автоматичне очищення не підпадають. Системі дозволено лише надсилати пошту і більше нічого: читати скриньку й видаляти з неї вона не вміє. Тому їх прибирає людина, раз на квартал, у перший робочий день січня, квітня, липня і жовтня, видаляючи листування з кандидатами, старше за шість місяців. Між цими датами лист може пережити шість місяців на кілька тижнів. Запит на видалення стосується і цього листування, і квартального прибирання він не чекає.
• Кандидати, що приєднуються до команди: дані переходять у звичайний HR-облік у день підписання договору
• Видалення на запит: протягом 14 днів, коли б ви не попросили

Одне чесне застереження: листи, які ми вам надіслали, лежать і в нашій скриньці, а автоматичне очищення туди не дотягується. Їх раз на квартал прибирає людина руками, а запит на видалення виконується, не чекаючи цього прибирання.

Ваші права

За українським Законом «Про захист персональних даних» і за GDPR (з яким ми працюємо за власним вибором) ви маєте право:

• Дізнатись, які саме дані про вас у нас є
• Виправити те, що неточне
• Попросити видалити свої дані
• Відкликати згоду в будь-який момент, без пояснень
• Не погодитись з тим, як ми використовуємо ваші дані
• Поскаржитись Уповноваженому Верховної Ради України з прав людини, а якщо ви в ЄС, місцевому органу із захисту даних

The application process

When you submit an application:

• You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and your own
• You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or any other outcome
• You acknowledge that we review applications based on fit, scope of current projects, and team needs at the time

In return, we commit to reviewing every application within five business days and replying personally, not with an auto-template, not with silence.

To be precise about which message is which: the confirmation that arrives seconds after you book, the reminders before the interview and the cancellation notice are all sent automatically by the system. None of them is the personal reply. That one comes from a person on our hiring team, separately, within those five business days.

Confidentiality, both directions

We treat your application as confidential. The specifics of our conversations during the hiring process, including financial terms, project details and your personal background, stays within our hiring team unless you explicitly agree to share them.

In return, when we discuss our active client projects with you during interviews, we expect you to treat that information with the same respect. No public posts about ongoing projects, no sharing internal tooling screenshots, no reposting confidential briefs to LinkedIn.

Content and intellectual property

All text, design, code, photography, and structure on this site are the property of Lviv IT & Design or our partners. You may share links to this site freely. You may not republish, scrape, or commercially reuse the content without written permission.

The case studies, project descriptions, and client examples shown on this site are anonymized or shared with permission where named.

Communication

If you submit an application, we'll contact you only about that application, at the email or phone number you provided, and through the messenger you optionally selected. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or unrelated content. We do not pass your contact details to anyone else.

Honest limitations

We do our best to keep this site accurate, but specific details such as open roles, project scope, team composition and salary ranges change over time. The final terms of any engagement are agreed individually in writing during the hiring process, not on this page.

If you notice something on this site that's outdated or inaccurate, tell us. We appreciate it.

Accessibility

We try to keep this site accessible: keyboard-navigable, screen-reader-friendly, with sufficient color contrast and reasonable text sizes. If you find something that doesn't work for you, write to us at vacancies@lvivitdesign.com and we'll fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, with voluntary alignment to the EU GDPR for data handling. If a dispute arises, we'll address it first by direct conversation. Only if that fails will we move to formal Ukrainian civil procedure.

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the bottom of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on the homepage briefly so you actually see them.

Щоб не було плутанини, який лист чим є: підтвердження, яке приходить за секунди після запису, нагадування перед співбесідою і повідомлення про скасування надсилає система автоматично. Жоден із них не є тією особистою відповіддю. Вона приходить окремо, від людини з нашої команди найму, у ті самі пʼять робочих днів.

Конфіденційність працює в обидва боки

Вашу заявку ми тримаємо в таємниці. Усе, що обговорюється під час найму, зокрема гроші, особливості проєктів, ваш досвід і життєві обставини, лишається в команді найму, якщо ви явно не дозволили нам поділитися чимось із кимось іншим.

Зі свого боку, коли ми розповідаємо вам про наші поточні клієнтські проєкти на співбесіді, ми очікуємо такої ж поваги до інформації. Не варто публікувати в соцмережах деталі того, що ми робимо для клієнтів, викладати скріншоти наших внутрішніх інструментів чи переписувати чужі ТЗ у LinkedIn-пости.

Контент і інтелектуальна власність

Тексти, дизайн, код, світлини і структура цього сайту це робота Lviv IT & Design або наших партнерів. Ділитись посиланнями на сайт можна вільно. А от копіювати наш контент кудись далі, скрейпити його чи використовувати у власних комерційних цілях без письмового дозволу не варто.

Кейси, описи проєктів і приклади клієнтів на сайті подані анонімно або з дозволу там, де ми згадуємо назви.

Як ми спілкуємось

Якщо ви надішлете заявку, ми будемо писати чи телефонувати тільки щодо неї, на ту пошту чи телефон, які ви вказали, та через месенджер, який ви обрали. Маркетингових листів, розсилок чи сторонніх повідомлень ми не надсилаємо. Ваші контакти нікому іншому не передаємо.

Чесні застереження

Ми намагаємось тримати інформацію на сайті актуальною, але деталі, як-от відкриті вакансії, обсяги проєктів, склад команди й рівні оплати, змінюються з часом. Кінцеві умови співпраці ми завжди узгоджуємо особисто, у письмовому вигляді, під час процесу найму. Не на цій сторінці.

Доступність

Право, за яким ми працюємо

Ці умови підпорядковуються українському законодавству. У питаннях обробки даних ми за власним вибором дотримуємось і вимог GDPR. Якщо виникне суперечка, спершу спробуємо вирішити її розмовою. Якщо це не спрацює, переходимо до офіційного цивільного судочинства в Україні.

Ми можемо час від часу оновлювати ці умови. Дата внизу це поточна версія. Про істотні зміни ми коротко повідомляємо на головній сторінці, щоб ви точно їх побачили.

Where your data lives

Your application passes through these places, in this order:

• In transit: encrypted with HTTPS between your browser and our backend
• Backend: a Google Apps Script service belonging to our hiring account, not shared with anyone
• The application itself: a row in a Google spreadsheet owned by that account and opened by the people we have named on it
• Your CV file: Google Drive, under the same account. It is not published and not open by link: it opens for the account that owns it and for the people that account has explicitly granted access to, and for nobody else.
• Your arrival signature, if you signed at the tablet: a PNG image in a separate Google Drive folder under the same account, private and not open by link. It is kept apart from CV files on purpose, so that access to one does not mean access to the other.
• The interview: an event in Google Calendar, which also carries your name and contact details
• Emails: sent and kept in Gmail on the same account

We do not store form submissions on this website itself. There is no candidate database on lvivitdesign.com: the form posts your application to the backend and keeps nothing locally.

Security measures

• All connections use HTTPS with modern TLS
• Google encrypts the spreadsheet, the Drive file and the calendar both in transit and at rest
• The hiring account is protected by a password and two-step verification
• Google Sheets keeps a version history, so we can see who changed a record and when
• The link that lets you manage your own booking carries a private 24-character token that cannot be guessed. It stays valid for as long as the booking exists, so that you can move the interview today and cancel it next week from the same email. Anyone who has the link can see and change that booking, so do not forward the email.
• The tablet in the lobby holds a device token we can revoke at any moment. It can read the day's schedule and mark arrivals, and nothing else.
• We review this setup after any incident, and at least once a year

Services we rely on

To operate this site, we rely on a small number of providers, and we share only what's necessary:

One thing we should be straight about: we have not entered into a separate data-processing agreement with Google for this system. Google does not offer such an agreement for its consumer Gmail and Drive, and does not act as a data processor for them. Your data is covered by Google's own terms and privacy policy, and by this document.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any other tracking or session-recording service.

Data retention

• Applications: 6 months from submission. A scheduled job removes the spreadsheet row, the CV file on Drive, the arrival signature and the calendar event together. A booking whose interview has not happened yet is left alone until it has, and removed on the next run after that.
• Arrival signature: no separate period. It lives exactly as long as the application it belongs to and goes in the same deletion. If we clear a check-in that was marked by mistake, the signature filed against it is deleted at that moment rather than at the end of the six months.
• Successful hires: integrated into HR records on contract signing
• Deletion on request: within 14 days, whenever you ask
• Technical log: the system keeps a short operations log for troubleshooting. Entries older than 6 months are removed on the same schedule.
• Email: the confirmation, reminder and cancellation messages stay in the hiring mailbox. The script holds send-only permission for mail, so it can neither read nor delete them, and the automatic clean-up does not reach them. A person clears them on the first working day of each quarter, removing candidate correspondence older than six months. A deletion request is handled straight away, not at the next quarter.

How to request deletion

Email vacancies@lvivitdesign.com from the address you used to apply. Include the words "Data deletion" in the subject line so we route it correctly. We process deletion requests within 14 calendar days and confirm in writing once complete.

You don't need to give a reason. You don't need to argue your case. The right to deletion is yours, full stop.

Breach response

If a data breach affecting personal data ever occurs:

• We start working out what happened and whose data is affected as soon as we detect it
• We notify the people affected, and the competent supervisory authority, where applicable law requires it and within the deadlines that law sets
• Where notification is not legally required but the incident is something you would want to know about, we tell you anyway
• We document the cause, the remediation and the preventive measures, and share a summary with the people affected

You will not find a fixed number of hours in that list, and that is deliberate. Which deadlines apply, and to whom we must report, depends on what happened and on the law that governs it. A number printed here for reassurance is a promise we might not be able to keep, and this page is not for that.

We have not had a reportable breach since this site launched. If we ever do, you'll hear about it from us directly, not through a press release.

International transfers

Our hiring system runs on Google services, and Google LLC is based in the United States, so your application is stored outside the European Union, on infrastructure whose location we do not choose.

We are not claiming a transfer mechanism here. Google publishes its own certifications and safeguards, and they cover what they cover; whether any of them applies to the specific account holding your application is not something we have verified, so we are not going to print it as if we had. Naming a mechanism we have not checked would be exactly the reassuring sentence this page exists to avoid. What we can state is that Google's own terms apply to the storage, and that responsibility to you stays with us.

The site itself is hosted by Hostinger. We are a Ukrainian company and we read your application in Lviv, but the storage behind it is Google's, and it is worldwide. If that is not acceptable to you, tell us before you apply: we can take your application by email instead and keep it out of the system entirely.

Де ваші дані

Ваша заявка проходить такі точки, у цьому порядку:

• У дорозі: зашифрована через HTTPS між вашим браузером і нашим бекендом
• Бекенд: служба на Google Apps Script, що належить нашому робочому акаунту і ні з ким не поділена
• Сама заявка: рядок у Google Таблиці, що належить тому акаунту, і її відкривають ті, кого ми на неї поіменно допустили
• Файл резюме: Google Диск того ж акаунта. Файл не опублікований і не відкритий за посиланням: його бачить акаунт-власник і ті, кому цей акаунт явно надав доступ, і більше ніхто.
• Співбесіда: подія в Google Календарі, у якій теж є ваше імʼя і контакти
• Листи: надсилаються і зберігаються у Gmail того ж акаунта

На самому сайті ваші заявки ніде не лежать. На lvivitdesign.com немає бази кандидатів: форма передає заявку на бекенд і нічого не зберігає локально.

Як ми захищаємо дані

• Усі зʼєднання працюють через HTTPS із сучасним TLS
• Google шифрує таблицю, файл на Диску і календар і в дорозі, і в спокої
• Робочий акаунт захищений паролем і двоетапною перевіркою
• Google Таблиці ведуть історію змін: видно, хто і коли правив запис
• Посилання, яким ви керуєте власним записом, несе приватний токен із 24 символів, який неможливо вгадати. Він діє, доки існує бронювання: сьогодні ви переносите співбесіду, наступного тижня скасовуєте її з того самого листа. Хто має посилання, той бачить і може змінити цей запис, тож не пересилайте лист далі.
• Планшет у холі має власний токен пристрою, який ми можемо відкликати будь-якої миті. Він уміє читати розклад на день і відмічати прихід, і більше нічого.
• Налаштування безпеки переглядаємо після будь-якого інциденту і щонайменше раз на рік

Сторонні сервіси, якими ми користуємось

Щоб сайт і форма працювали, ми спираємось на кількох провайдерів і передаємо їм лише те, без чого не обійтись:

Про одну річ скажемо прямо: окремої угоди про обробку даних із Google для цієї системи ми не укладали. Для своїх споживчих Gmail і Диска Google такої угоди не пропонує і обробником для них не виступає. Ваші дані захищають загальні умови та політика конфіденційності Google і цей документ.

Ми не використовуємо Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar чи будь-який інший сервіс, що відстежує користувачів або записує їхні дії на сторінці.

Скільки зберігаємо

• Заявки: 6 місяців від дня подання. Запланована задача прибирає разом рядок, файл резюме на Диску і подію в календарі. Бронювання, зустріч за яким ще не відбулась, вона не чіпає, а прибирає наступним запуском після зустрічі.
• Прийняті кандидати: переходять у звичайний HR-облік у день підписання договору
• Видалення на запит: протягом 14 днів, коли б ви не попросили
• Технічний журнал: система веде короткий службовий лог для розбору помилок. Записи, старші за 6 місяців, прибираються за тим самим розкладом.
• Листування: листи з підтвердженням, нагадуванням і скасуванням лишаються в поштовій скриньці, з якої ми їх надіслали. Скрипт має дозвіл лише надсилати пошту, тож ані прочитати, ані видалити їх не може, і автоматичне очищення до них не дотягується. Прибирає їх людина, у перший робочий день кожного кварталу, видаляючи листування з кандидатами, старше за шість місяців. Запит на видалення виконуємо одразу, а не наступного кварталу.

Як попросити видалення

Напишіть на vacancies@lvivitdesign.com з тієї ж пошти, з якої ви надсилали заявку. У темі листа поставте «Видалення даних», щоб ми не пропустили. Запит виконаємо протягом 14 календарних днів і письмово підтвердимо, що все зроблено.

Не треба пояснювати причину. Не треба нічого доводити. Право на видалення це ваше право, крапка.

Якщо станеться витік

Якщо колись персональні дані витечуть назовні:

• Щойно виявимо, почнемо зʼясовувати, що саме сталось і чиїх даних це торкнулось
• Повідомимо тих, кого це зачепило, і компетентний наглядовий орган тоді, коли цього вимагає застосовне право, і в ті строки, які воно встановлює
• Якщо повідомляти за законом не обовʼязково, але ви захотіли б про це знати, ми все одно скажемо
• Задокументуємо: що сталось, що ми зробили, що змінили, щоб не повторилось, і коротко поділимось висновками з тими, кого це зачепило

Конкретної кількості годин у цьому переліку немає, і це навмисно. Які саме строки діють і кого саме треба повідомити, залежить від того, що сталось, і від права, яке до цього застосовується. Число, надруковане тут для заспокоєння, це обіцянка, якої ми можемо не дотримати, а ця сторінка не для того.

З моменту запуску сайту жодного інциденту, про який ми мали б повідомляти, не було. Якщо колись станеться, ви дізнаєтесь про це від нас напряму. Не з пресрелізу.

Передача за кордон

Наша система найму працює на сервісах Google, а Google LLC зареєстрована у Сполучених Штатах, тож ваша заявка зберігається за межами Європейського Союзу, на інфраструктурі, розташування якої ми не обираємо.

Жодного механізму передачі ми тут не заявляємо. Google публікує власні сертифікації та гарантії, і вони покривають те, що покривають; чи стосується котрась із них саме того акаунта, де лежить ваша заявка, ми не перевіряли, тож і друкувати це як перевірене не будемо. Назвати механізм, якого не звіряли, означало б написати саме ту заспокійливу фразу, заради якої ця сторінка й існує. Сказати можемо те, що перевірили: сховище регулюють власні умови Google, а відповідальність перед вами лишається на нас.

Сам сайт розміщено в Hostinger. Ми українська компанія і читаємо вашу заявку у Львові, але сховище за нею належить Google і воно всесвітнє. Якщо вас це не влаштовує, скажіть до подання заявки: ми приймемо її поштою і взагалі не заводитимемо в систему.
